That's right--We have joined the world of the bloggers. Every time we finish a workshop the drive home is Millie and I discussing the interesting and cool conversations that come out of our time with the people we are working with. This blog is a great spot to explore some of those things in more depth and hopefully serve as a spot where people can come and get a few Kernels of Widsom about how to negotiate their professional and personal relationships. And boy do we (Libby especially--she has two young daughters) screw up a lot. But we laugh, learn and move forward with each one of those fumbles.
